Heidi's Cinnamon Pecans


Mmmmm.  I took these to work the other night and they were gone in a flash.  They're so good, if you like pecans.  Perfectly crunchy and cinnamon-y and delicious.

Heidi's Cinnamon Pecans

1 pound of pecan halves
2 cups of sugar
2 T. cinnamon powder
Pinch of salt
4 T. Butter

Melt the butter and toss the pecans in it. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and pour the buttery pecans into it.  Using your hands, toss the pecans until covered.  Pour onto a baking sheet in one layer.  It might take two baking sheets.  Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.  Enjoy!
